Rules
Please read through all the rules, they are for your safety.
Safety and Equipment Care ​
1. Only one person in the hitting area at a time-exceptions.
2. Stay behind the columns when someone is swinging.
3. Balls need to be new and not have any chips or scuffs that can damage the turf or the screen.
4. Inspect clubs before use- no damaged clubs or sharp edges that can tear the turf or screen.
5. Never swing a club outside the designated hitting area.
6. Players may only use the special tees provided. No standard golf tees allowed.
7. No spiked shoes allowed. Spikes will damage the turf.
Play and Time Management
1. Arrive on time- late arrivals may lose playtime.
2. End play when your time expires- please be ready to exit promptly so the next golfers can start on time.
3. Do not attempt to alter simulator sensor settings- ask staff for assistance.
Food and Drink
1.No food or drinks in hitting area- keep them in designated tables or bar spaces.
2. Clean up spills immediately- notify staff so the turf and electronics stay safe.
Alcohol and Conduct
1. Must be 21+ to consume alcohol- ID required.
2. No excessive intoxication- staff reserves the right to stop serving and end play without refund for unsafe behavior.
3. No throwing clubs, balls, or other object-immediate removal if violated.
4. Treat staff and other customers with respect- rude or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Damage and Liability
1. Any damage caused by misuse is the responsibility of the renter.
2. All players must sign a waiver before using the simulators.
